Agreement/terms

Thank you for registering at Acta Dermato-Venereologica.

Before you go on with the registration please read the following terms.
1. Acta Dermato-Venereologica applies a non-refundable submission fee which the author(s) have to pay when the manuscript is ready to submit.

2. If a paper is accepted for publication there will also be a publication fee.

The total sum depends on the length of the paper. The author(s) must agree with these terms before submitting a new manuscript.

You will pay the submission fee with Visa / MasterCard or Dinner credit cards safely and securely over the Internet immediately after you have completed the manuscript submission. Your payment is handled by CertiTrade\Bambora with secure encryption under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be read by anyone other than your bank.
No extra charge for card payments.

List of charges and fees

A submission fee must be payed during the process of submitting a manuscript. This fee will NOT be repaid even if the manuscript is not accepted for publication in our journal.

Submission fee:

50 € for Short communication; 100 € for Full report

Publication fee

Full reports, i.e. original articles, reviews, special reports, etc.: A maximum of 5 typeset pages (approx. 4000 words (inclusive of references) + < 4 small illustrations (tables or figures)): €1000 A maximum of 7 typeset pages (approx 6000 words (inclusive of references) + 4 illustrations (tables or figures)): €1400 More than 7 typeset pages (more than 6000 words and 4 illustrations (tables or figures): €1600 Short communications: Short communications (short case reports, etc) that do not exceed 2 typeset pages (inclusive of references and figures/tables): €400 Quiz: Quizzes with150-200 words in the case presentation and approximately 900 words in the discussion: €300

All charges are given without tax which will be added if within EU.

Members of European Society of Dermatology and Psychology (ESDaP) may apply directly to ESDaP for reimbursement of the paid publication fee.
