SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has dramatically transformed the organization of public and private health organizations all over the world. In Italy and particularly in Milan, which region (Lombardy) represents the centrepiece of the Italian pandemic, we are managing a large number of patients who need rehabilitative care after the acute phase of the disease. In this Letter to the Editor, we discussed the different rehabilitation issues of COVID-19 patients.
